Shipments
Shipping times are AVERAGE of 5/6 WORKING DAYS. However, they cannot be 100% guaranteed as they can be slowed down depending on:
- of place of delivery (e.g. in remote-difficult areas or on islands, such as Sardinia, Sicily and the smaller islands);
- from logistical difficulties of couriers used (eg strikes or problems with unexpected means);
- of the presence of holidays or sales (generally in such moments, there are peaks of deliveries to be made, this causes strong delays).
The shipment of the product is subject to the availability of the product in stock. If not available in stock, the product will be shipped once it is back in stock.
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered and the external appearance correspond to what is indicated in the Transport Document or in the order receipt sent in the shipment confirmation phase, via email.
- That the packaging is intact and not altered, even in the closing tapes.
In case of tampering, breakage, wet packaging or dents, the customer must TO ACCEPT always the goods "WITH SPECIFIC RESERVE" describing in detail the damage on the courier's delivery receipt. (eg: Specific Reserve for damage on the carton).
Upon receipt of the material and ascertaining the presence of damage due to transport, the customer is required to report it to customer service WITHIN 7 DAYS
If the courier does not find me for delivery, will the goods be returned?
If the courier does not find you at the delivery address indicated, the courier will make another attempt, then the goods will remain in the nearest branch, our shipping office will then contact you to arrange the re-delivery again.
When does the courier deliver?
Deliveries are made only from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 18:00 approximately. The delivery of the goods takes place at the address indicated in the order by the customer, if necessary it is possible to enter the address of the workplace / neighbor / local always open .. or in storage at the courier.
Is it possible to make an appointment for delivery?
The courier will contact you by phone or text message to arrange the delivery (therefore pay attention to the telephone number that is entered during the account registration phase). Delivery is made on the street level, near the means of transport; unless delivery to the floor is selected (with additional cost) during the conclusion of the order. After placing your order, write us at ordini@mobilifiver.com to request a postponement of shipment.
Is it possible to collect it on site?
It is possible to collect the ordered products directly at the Lainate (MI) warehouse by appointment.
Withdrawal can take place from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm and from 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm
